- Orders are processed within 24 hours after receiving. Hoops are shipped Priority Mail within 10 days after order is placed and should arrive within 1-3 business days. Most hoops arrive sooner. For Speedy Delivery, send an email to mayorofhooperville@gmail.com with special request.

All data collected from the Hooperville web site and Hooperville Store are used for internal purposes only. We will not share our data with anyone. Period. - Security:
All our transactions are processed through PayPal, an internet standard for secure transactions since 1998.

Hooperville unconditionally guarantees all products we manufacture and sell at our online store to be free from defects of workmanship. We do our best to make strong, healthy hoops that we hope will keep you happily hooping for years.
If you're unsatisfied with the fit, quality, color, or size of an item you may return it and choose an item in another size or color. We will gladly replace any item that you're not completely happy with.
Please note the following limitations:
- Item must be returned within 10 days from date of purchase
- Items that have been damaged in any way due to negligence of the owner cannot be accepted for exchange or return.
Unfortunately, we are unable to process refunds. However, we will do our best to accommodate customers with hoop issues on a case by case basis given they follow the above guidelines.
- Ordering
- To add items to your shopping cart, click add to cart buttons on product pages. When you are finished shopping and ready to checkout, click the Checkout button on the right side of the screen. You will then be prompted for your shipping address, payment method, etc. Once your order is placed we will send an email with a copy of your receipt. - To update your account information please login to the site with your username and password and click the Edit link next to Account Information. Edit away and click Save.
